Unable to Sign in NCSoft not replying!

So my boyfriend has been trying to sign into the game AND NCSoft and he can do neither, on the webpage he gets either a blank white screen with no response or an error on their side screen. And with the launcher it fails to login and tries saying hes using the wrong one, and before all this he tried resetting his password and the link said it has expired even though he Just got the email. WHAT is going on?!? He has spent money and time into the game and is upset about this. As am I since we play together. We found a youtube video but non of it works....PLEASE help!!!!
