Missing characters in F2 search

I'm entering exact name of my character in F2 character search and search provides with 5 results. My character is not among them. I have same problem with all my characters and had encountered other players with same problem.

I would understand, if it was a new character (day old or at worst a week old). But mine is 5 months old.

Don't use the F2 search for character searching but use the social/friend menu search instead, much more precise and dosn't factor in account names.
