Bug

Anyone guys do you know why the quest in chapter 1. unanswered question is not working at all i tried to track quest. but nothing happend i tried to redownload the game again if i forgot something important. thats why its not working but nothing happend and i tried asking to other players they say its a bug or you have to reach HM 11 to continue the quest uhm what to do guys

the storyline for it is not released yet. You cannot progress pass that point yet.
