Hi can someone help me about that fishing thingy i have the hook but not knowing how to use can someone explain?

just go into dragon express and go to the 2nd event tab.  buy the first costume for 1 gold and put it on.  if you have a hook in your inventory, you should be able to operate one of the fishing poles by the lake in Jadestone Village.  be sure to press (F) within 5 seconds of the items showing up to pick them up.  be aware some items like sacred oil will need you to confirm an additional time before going into your inventory.  if you get one of the event fish and is not sure what to do with it, check the event page on what you can do
