RavenFall outfif droprate???

I just wonder if this outfif still exist? i mean im doing 5+ BT every weeks and didnt see a single one since 2k18, ok it's rng but seriously? i have it already on few chars so i dont really care but those incredible low drop rate in every possible loot always make me understand this game not made for human being.

About that.. my first 1-4 run was yesterday... the outfit did drop and i quote "oh the outfit dropped neat" seeing as i thought it was common... does still drop just when idk
