No option to change my billing address, so I can't buy NCoin because for whatever reason NcSoft assumes my current residence is my billing address, can't send a ticket in either since everytime i click submit ticket it takes me to my account (???) Whole system seems ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ed right now.
