Reducing old accessory for jewels question

Hello, Im old bns player and few weeks ago came back. My questions are:

 

1. Does upgrading old accesories method to true scorpion, python, yeti and then reducing it still give u 30 legendary jewels ?

2. When I last left a game all my accessories were on Awakened Oathbreaker stage, is it worth and cheaper to upgrade them all to max stage and reduce for jewels ? (Assuming this method still works) Compared to just buying it from dragon express

Well, 30 jewels are like 600g flat or 300g+450 crystals. Check the upgrade cost, if it is less than 600g or 300g if you consider crystals are free (?) then go ahead, I think it is really cheap to do so

they should let us salvage old accessories for the jewels regardless of it's stages. Since we can't upgrade them anymore.
