How to farm Naryu Tablets?

Hey guys, I'm a new player and I've been trying to upgrade my weapon. With the daily quests I've been getting a lot of weapon upgrade materials, but I have no idea how to get more Naryu tablets. I know that running the Silverfrost dungeons sometimes give them, but no one queues for them in the Dungeon party finder. How am I supposed to farm for them?

Naryu Labyrinth
it's a level 45 content you could probably farm it solo np and get some costumes and stuffs.

You can buy Naryu Tablets for 500 Peaches in Celestial Basin.

Cold Storage/Heaven Mandate have like 90% drop rate for naryu tablet, and chest from silverfrost dungeons have high drop rate too. I have like 90+naryu tablet in each alt (have 9 alt char)

Shogun's Lament and down, I believe they should all drop Naryu Tablets.
