After changing character's name, its new name never show in F2 .search

As mentioned in topic, after I changing my characters' name, which happened 3 months ago, I can still not search my characters in F2 profile. I can search my old names but it won't show the profile details. I thought it just took some time to let the change be activated but it seems I was wrong because I totally do not believe it can take so long.

I have already submitted and they told me they will process it to development team for further investigation and asked me to try to ask here.

I have used 2 name change vouchers in the past and after more than 5 months my char can't be found by searching in f2... so it is an old problem of yours.
