Warlock "Alluvion Soul Badge" not working as expected with simple mode

When you use 2 with "Alluvion Soul Badge" 4 and V becomes insta cast every time in "B&S mode", but in "Simplified combat mode" it only works if any of them doesn't have a cooldown (aka ready to be used). Otherwise using 2 doesn't make 4 or V insta cast (blue), depending on which one is currently on cooldown or both.
