Help with this hairstyle :<

Heya, new player here. I decided to give the game a chance, and was looking through the character creation to create a character. After never being happy, i went along to look for some ideas, and i came across a haircut that doesn't seem to be in the game, i later found it at the asian blade and soul website, and wondered if it was available here, or if it was a Nshop item? And if it would return if so :x

It's not one of default hairstyles available when you create your character. It was a part of set costume named Dragonfly or something like that. It's not available as of now in the game but will be in future again, most likely
