As Zemazta mentioned, the compensation can be found in the Apply A Code section of your NCSoft account management page. If you're still having issues, please submit a ticket to Customer Support and they'll be able to assist you further. 

 

We'll refrain from using this method of compensation in the future and send the items directly in-game like we have in the past.
