wcnighthawk
Tried disabling Bluetooth? I had this exact same issue for the x64 bit client right after I got the Windows 1803 update and it fixed the issue for me.

Rijnius
If you're using the 64-bit client you probably need to switch back to the 32-bit client again for now.

Bubblespaiky
Hello, I have had this problem too, I found out while trying to fix it to play together that once you pressed play and XIGNCODE3 doesn't launch with it, you can press on file repair or setting on that tiny white screen that doesn't do anything. Once you press on settings you can see launch game automatically... make sure this is selected if you try and launch the game, I think we can all understand why. Greetings, Bubblespaiky edit1: I can add screenshots if that's neccensary. Edited September 22, 2018 by Bubblespaiky extra info

SilverFoxR
One thing you can try is checking your antivirus software. In some cases, it won't prevent a program from launching if it's not updated or if there's a security issue. I know this happens with Windows Defender after the large 2018 Windows update. Skyie212
had the same issue, but solved it, try checking if you are using a third party software like vpn or something, if yes switch it off by opening task manager end force ending the program. 2- if you location or Bluetooth is on switch it off then try clicking on start. 3- check in the settings the load path if it's the path where file is allocated.
