Low fps

Hi, i have a laptop lenovo legion y520, i5  2.5Ghz gtx1050 8gb ram but in parties and raids i cant get more than 20 fps. Im not sure if its my problem or the game’s because this is a gaming laptop after all.. 

im using my nvidia video card on bns.exe. While doing the story and in arena i get 100fps all the time but in f8 i get 20fps which i find is too much of a drop. What could be causing this? Optimize for combat and no shadows makes no difference to how much fps i get either.
