First of all, this weapon repairing is complete non-sense, plain nuisance.  Please remove.  Second of all, which genius made these emergency hammer character bound instead of account bound?  Did that person really have nothing better to do?  NC, please fire the idiot who made the change since that guy adds no value to this game.

Unbound repair tools can be crafted or obtained from the marketplace.

There's also about a half dozen different types of repair hammers, be nice if they just consolidated them all down to one, or removed the whole repair feature, especially when we have things like that Koldrak raid which on at least some classes, can consume a stupid amount of durability (around twenty). The basic repair hammers that are also sold in NPC shops used to be the crafted ones, now the basic crafted ones are character bound, which is annoying, and the marketable ones need the marketable materials, which makes them needlessly expensive, they could at least make the craft using account bound materials, make account bound hammers.

Doesn't even matter whether they're character bound or account bound, you can just buy them in Dragon Express.
