Beginner blade dancer

Hello! I just started playing B&S recently but I couldn't unlock/use my Soaring falcon skill (1). After pressing K, it says that the skill was unlocked at level 6, however I'm level 20 now and still there's no icon showing me how/where to use the skill. Pls help me out. Thank you!
