low FPS on HIGH END PC !

For some ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ing reason , i cant get my 60-120 fps even if i decrease everything on low graphics. I reinstalled the game 2 times.Nothing changed.How can i fix this ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ? 
I have a gaming laptop
Asus Rog Strix GL702vs
Intel Core I7-7700HQ 2.80GHz

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8GB

12GB RAM

Windows 10 64x
DirectX12 
can i get any help ?

Welcome to Blade and Soul - a game that is extremely poorly optimized and is incredibly CPU intensive. Don't be expecting to be able to get the same amount of FPS as you do with the majority of other games you've/you're playing. Even more so if you're running it on a laptop. All BnS that has +60 FPS will be on a desktop, it is near impossible to get a laptop to run BnS between 60-120FPS.

Did you just install the new Windows 10 version?

You can see it at Settings > System > Info

If you got build/version 1803, then that is the problem.

Go back to an older version or wait until NCSoft has optimized the game.

I'm having the same problem as Defcalyon. I have installed the most recent version of Windows 10 and my build / version is 1803.

I don't know if i should go back to an older version of windows (i don't even know how to do that) or just wait for the game to be optimized...
