A trail behind familiar?

Hello. A friend of mine has a weird, blue song trail behind her summoner when she runs. It has nothing to do with the outfit of the familiar, or her being in the same party as me, or being a friend. I've never seen any other familiar do this so...?

Do people really not know? I thought this was a simple thing that I just mistakenly didn't understand. :( She tells me she doesn't see it on her own screen. What is this sorcery?
