Lvl 50 voucher bug? Halp pls

Hi..So i had lvl50 voucher from gunner patch, today i wanted to create a new character.. it was ok untill i finished all hongmoon training combos etc. Mission Says "obtain some basic items" and i did all of it and nothing..( i created FM, all frost/flame combos complete) when i click "create character" it says i need lvl50 voucher?? wtf i just used it..?? I stuck in hoongmon room?

ok so i deleted this char and tried to create a new one. On screenshot it says i can create new character.. on right bottom corner it says i cant create?? wtf? when i try to click confrim nothing happens..
i'm sure i have character 50 lvl voucher in recieved items... what the hell is going on here??

i created new identical char (FM) like before (clicked create new character then customize then i have choice between 1lvl and 50lv, i choose 50lv obviously) and its the same... completed all combos and stuck.. :

I need to send a ticket or can someone explain this, fix it?

Im not a scientist but looks like you used up the voucher on 1st char (gunner).

If you login on an older character can you still see the voucher in item claim?

 

Also be more specific what happened after you said...

You just said "and nothing" and jumped sentence about creating another char. What does "and nothing" mean? Im pretty sure here is where you consumed the voucher, so any info what happened here would enlighten us.

No, i still have it in RECIEVED ITEMS (item claim) also u can see it in character selection i have it but here is screenshot: https://scr.hu/kw86gX
and if i used it why in character selection it shows i can create and i have 1 character 50 voucher?

Yeah and i explained it... "nothing" happens! i mean i did everyting in yellow quest till this moment on screeenshot - after copmleted all combos and recieved this " basic items " cant proceed, i can only enter hoongmon store or train forever ._.  https://scr.hu/w7Krq9

Hmmmm strange.

I just logged in to compare the UI at character selection screen related to 50 voucher, to see if there are any differences.

I cant make a new char with my voucher  to see what happens, cause Im already at 10 slots and Im saving the voucher for the new class.

 

What I looked for on my screen and thought would be different than yours are:

On the bottom left it says Level 50 available to create: 0  Same for me

When you clicked on the lvl50 button the same popup shows up for me too with three lines

first (0), second (1), third (0). Was too lazy to write the sentences, but I think you know which popup I mean.

 

This might be a bug, if I remember they said on this latest patch they will make the voucher so you can apply it on an existing char. Maybe they screwed something up on the code.

Welp, Im out of ideas. Someone else can take over

Wait a second, on the first screenshot of the first post.

Cant you click on the create character button on the bottom right?

Wow i didn't know that. This already came out? So maybe if i create lvl 1 i can use this voucher?

Well I dont remember 100% was just like some passing info I didnt really care about while watching the stream. I might be wrong, idk it's what I remember hearing

Well i figured out this: on my voucher is written Untradable , on f10 voucher is Unable to trade. So i guess this might be two diffrent vouchers which my voucher is old and is not working??XD idk if this even matter

Well I guess a coding oversight might explain it. If they are seen as 2 different items, but the code was recently (I think) rewritten to affect it, but only affects the one in hm store and bugged the old one. Idk
