Microsoft Visual C++ Rumtime Error

I have a problem, when I log in my character at level 28. I send an error and the game stops, the error says it is Rumtime Error, Microsoft Visual C ++, but all my C ++ are installed, when I use a lower level character I do not have problems, the game is going very well, but when I reach level 28, it stops again, giving me the same error..
I have already tried everything, I do not know what else to do, could you help me?
