Blade Dancer Wind - Rolling Typhoon not available soon enough

Currently, and mostly with the the simplified combat mode,

we happen to sometimes use a Sunder even though we just used Multislash or Skywardslash.

 

Using them readies Rolling Typhoon for use, but not fast enough.
Making us loosing a really valuable second.
