Divine Dragon Bracelet for Frost Soul Fighter no effect

So I log in to my Soul Fighter to notice that the frost buff from the divine dragon bracelet isnt there anymore, effect isnt activating anymore. When will this be fixed?

what should the real stats be?? i noticed i had to change my bracelet to tiger one to deal any dmg with frost :(

There is also a glitch about earth Soulfighter divine dragon bracelet : kingfist deals 800% instead of 600%, kingstrike do not deal neither 800% nor 1800% as said in the patch and froststorm should deal 800% instead of 1000% (even if any damage were done after the patch release)

Will it be fixed soon? Because I just saw something about froststorm fix but anything about kingfist changes value and kingstrike buff from bracelet
