Should I work on getting my soul to legendary first or get the aransu mystic badge?  Which one will give me a greater dps increase?

If you still dont have awakend soul get soul it will give biggest dps increase.

Well if you have money, which sounds like you have, then I suggest eventually you get both.  Not a problem right?
