Munshin Tower Quest

 

good day/pm to you guys seems i got a bug from this quest going to Munshin tower after i click the quest from the "quest letters" then after that quest will says

"Open the map and windwalk to speak with Dokdan" after that when i try tracking the quest it will only just blink on the Munshin tower but no windstride to teleport i can't go there when i try to googling the problem it seems that others talked to either Chungsil (hogshead hamlet) or Hongsil (greenhollow) to allow to go there and for my problem i didn't even talked to the other those two NPC can you help me solve this problem i think mine got bugged.

It's okay now guys dangggg i just zoom out the map then the tele logo is there pheww now im good thx again btw.
