Pet skin upgrade - Can we have the Pet Pack requirement removed?

Thanks to NCWest doing things, now Pet Pod's price has been skyrocketed to around 150g (NA) and 200g (EU)

 

In order to upgrade a pet skin to ultimate, you need five Pet Pods. If you're not lucky to have some spare Pet Pack on the characters of desire, some spare pets from Trove/RNG Boxes, you will have to spend 750g (NA) or 1000g (EU) in order to get a single ultimate pet.

 

To make it worse, not every pet is sold at base prices. Rare pets that are not abundant from Trove/RNG Boxes are hella expensive, and you need three of them. It is not strange to spend over 2,000 gold just to upgrade a single pet skin to ultimate version. Even a base pet like Lycan would cost you roughly 900-1,000 gold. If you use 1:2 exchange rate, it is expensive than a 1,499-coin outfit set, or a 1,999-coin outfit bundle.

 

1,000 gold for cheap pet's ultimate skin. Rarer Pet skin becomes even more expensive than a single Grand Phoenix outfit pack, which itself include an Ultimate Phoenix skin. ll thanks to the stupid price hike of pet pods.

 

I suggest to just remove Pet Pack as a material to upgrade pet skin, as the prices are going out of control. You can replace it with more common base materials or whatsoever, as long as these materials are FARM-ABLE and ACCOUNT-BOUND/TRADE-ABLE. Or even better, just remove the whole requirement. We already spend money/gold to collect three rare pets. Stop discouraging us from collecting them with hefty upgrade cost for a piece of cosmetic-only. Or, AT LEAST, reduce the whole cost from 5 pet packs to 2.

What should be removed is the pet pack from the XP charm materials, what were they thinking??!!

Since Pet Pod update, upgrading pets is more expensive.
Then they added Pet Packs (not account bound) to "help".
And now they add pet packs to XP charms and all whales went crazy XP hunting.

If they've only had made Pet Packs like Sacred Oils, sealed and unsealed/bound to account Pet Pods there wouldn't be any ruckus but its NCWest there has to be one...
