Bug with unleash ultimate pet aura

Has anyone noticed the bug with unleash ultimate pet aura in battleground? Someone grabbed me and my pet aura effect is keeping refreshing (no cool-down). I know there is a similar bug in TW server, and only appears on destroyer class.
