Support quicker replay?

I think some one may hack my account cause my 2 verification code stop working the day. But support take a sweet sweet time to replay or resolve problem, 2h no answer where did every one go?.

What if I told you it's Sunday and they are living human beings that as you are now not working they like to have days off as well?

i sent in a ticket a few days ago and they just got back to me saying they are sorry for replying late because they are busy they probably got a lot of tickets right now
