I think I was billed more than once for Ncoin purchase

When I purchased ncoin today, it keeps showing the following so I tried multiple times. But now they charge me more than once but I only want to buy one time.

I tried to submit a support ticket but it wouldn't let me log in and show the following error again. Please help!!!!!
