Fire&Blood Patch notes

Reading the patch notes I've noticed that any dps related changes only seem to concern fire FMs. I was under the impression that fire and frost are roughly equal. Is this buff warranted, or are frost FMs getting the short end of the stick?

Frost did more DPS, solo and in Raids. Fire gets a buff on weapon and wrist, but a big nerf during SB. Frost get a better Vt badge. Maybee now its even over all. Frost will be much more burst with SB and BB than fire now. Before this patch Fire was stronger with SB, but much weaker without than forst. We have to test this later

I correct myselfe, before in raids fire did with max gear, frost Solo and without SB in your party
