Those are 12 13 KR patch notes. As you can see. we are already getting stuff from them

Note these are not all the changes. Only the ones I think that are relevant to NA/EU or interesting.

Located in Silverfrost Mountain, Shiverstone Range

Only accessible during certain times of the day

Once it is time, a join button will appear on your HUD

Has 10 minute wait time before the fight begins. Once the fight starts, you will not be able to join.

Dungeon is cross server

Rewards you can obtain by trading in tokens include

Cosmetics (outfit and head accessory)

A new type of gem, Garnet (Boss AP + Critical) (also obtainable from Cursed Pirate Ship)

Fixed an issue where a player cannot use  Whirling Scourge for a short duration after using  Warding Spirit

Renamed  Conflagration Flash to  Fulmination Flash for lightning

Removed  Stomp

All skills that increases Threat now increases Threat by 200%

Kung Fu Master

Decreased focus generation interval of  Searing Palm to every 1 sec (from 2 sec)

All skills that increases Threat now increases Threat by 200%

Requirements for  Searing Blow changed to "On critical hit with  Tiger Strike"

Removed movement lock and added 50% movement speed reduction while using  Searing Blow

Destroyer

Fixed an issue where  Body Kick would displace immovable NPCs

Force Master

Fixed tooltips of some skills not displaying Flame/Frost Orbit generation

Assassin

 Dark Strike generates "Killing Intent" on hit

At 10 stacks, the attack speed of  Heart Stab is increased for 5 sec

Attack speed of  Awakened Heart Stab increased to the same level as Divine Dragon bracelet procs

Summoner

Increased the resist duration of  Backstep to 1.5 sec

 Petal Storm Toss (Wind) now generates 4 Focus per hit

Blade Dancer

Fixed an issue where the screen will abnormally flash on using  Rolling Typhoon

Warlock

 Wingstorm (Shadow) now decreases the cooldown of  Leech by an additional 1 sec on hit with the last attack

Soul Fighter

 Breaking Claw now generates 1 focus on critical hit

There might be more things implemented than those I underlined. My point is...those are act IX Korea patch notes. We are getting stuff from it. I might be wrong, but I think that next patch (April 11) will introduce act IX of story

As for blade and soul. Its nice game too, but its sad that we need to wait for long time until next chapter of story. I watched spoilers. Whole walkthrough of act IX. If you finished act VIII you'll know that act IX will include empress and traitor

You miss finding lost children all day? The first 5 or so acts were good now it's just tedious. Seriously, how many times do we have to rescue this one little girl?

As long as we have places to run to we will be saving her. Running simulator in act 7 and 8 is real man.

test server patches are being first tested by korean players on their actual servers then they make tweaks and giving us portions of it to see how our client takes it

Yeah, but we are getting parts from patch which introduced act IX. So I'm pretty sure we'll get act IX soon. If not april than june or bit earlier. depending on how much it will time will be betweenb apr 11 and next patch
BTW prepare to say  goodbye to flowers of lament and taikhan skins. Theye are removed in Taiwan. Naryu tabelts are used instead weapons to upgrade stages which required skins and flowers. No legendary elements for bale/seraph 1-12 and first 3 stages of rift/dawn
