HH gunner test skill Q fail in aoe

Yesterday I gave myself to try the Q of my gunner in hh, believing that I could evade the circles of aoe with my Q, I tried and kept accumulating marks despite being in the air, someone explains to me if it is a mistake of the game or nobody saw that, sorry for my english, i love them.

You get stacked the debuff but take no damage. It's supposed to be like that.
