Primal Force or Courage?

Has anyone had experience with these two badges?  Which would you recommend?

Courage is the new way to go.

You get your C back quicker, and that means 10 more seconds of Electric Surge.

Also, it fuses with another badge to get a combined effect for decreasing the cooldown of Flaming Scourge by 7 seconds every time your use Lightning Draw.

Electric Surge is pretty much what you need to do your main combo (LMB>F>Repeat) and with the Courage badge, you can pretty much keep it going indefinitely just by using X and C. Although X's electric surge duration is low, the Courage badge's effect of lowering C's cooldown every time you crit (and why would you NOT be doing crits?) means you'll be burning through your C's cooldown until it resets. The cooldown of X will last roughly the same time as C's electric surge duration, meaning you'll be just about hitting C whenever X is about to run out, then X whenever C is about to run out.

 

I had Primal Force before and moved over to Courage... and I have not looked back.
