Navigator's Belt and purple element/pvp accessories - Make them be able to turn into jewel powder.

Some purple element/pvp accessories that you can get from heroic dungeons (Black Dawn, Xanos, Mechanizer...) cannot be salvaged into anything.

 

I suggest to make them be able to turn in jewel powder, so that they won't be a waste of drop.

 

Also, about Navigator's Belt, I think it is better for this belt to be salvaged into a whole coin, similar to Yeoharan's Gloves. It will help to ease the grind. Or, at least make it turn into jewel powder.
