Amd optimize

I have  a laptop with 

Radeon Software Version - 18.2.1
Radeon Software Edition - Adrenalin
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 8 GB
CPU Type - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz
Graphics Card Manufacturer - Powered by AMD
Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M340

 

and I put all the graphics to low and low-end pc box , and i get from 20-40 fps and i have dropping fps .

how to run the game on amd graphic card because i think it is because i am running it on intel
