Support Tickets keep refreshing in duration and no reply is coming back its been 30ish hours

Its a long title but , it sums it up. I sent support requests on refunding 50 brawler lootboxes which i did not unpack , for 50 explorer ones. I dont even know if they do these changes but if the tickets are bugged somehow what am I supposed to do.

Could you please provide me with your ticket number so we can investigate why ticket timestamp gets refreshed despite you not getting a reply? Also right now the Blade & Soul Support Team us experiencing a high volume of tickets therefore response time is higher than usual, I am really sorry about that.

Mine got refreshed around one day later without any update too, changed from 2x hours to 3 or 4 hours, like if it were new, but around 48 hours after I sended the ticket I got a reply and after that, it went pretty fast, so just don't worry and wait a little more.
