I've tried everything and i'm desperate for help...
poisonedOcean
have you tried the 32 bit version? Try disabling you antivirus/antimalware for a while
866600_1452550346
yes i've tried it and it just gives bns crash report instead of nothing happening. i don't have any antivirus installed i even recovered my pc and it was working even though i get an error "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll missing" but i still worked with fps issues. and then i completed hundreds of windows updates and it stopped working again. i think it has to do with windows upgrades but even ncsoft support couldn't help yet. poisonedOcean
try installing Malwarebytes. Run it. It will take an hour at most. Download AiO Runtimes 2.4.5 for YOUR version of Windows. 300mb+, it can take a while. Run it. Check everything. Install. Restart your pc. Reinstall NCSoft Launcher clicking HERE. Run the game launcher. Wait for it to Update. See if it works. IMPORTANT WARNING: NEVER, EVER, blindlessly install, run command lines or tamper with anything with your PC (or in your life) just because some random guy in the internet told you so. Try to understand what you're doing.

Rmccn08
Seems like a blocking issue. It might be your antivirus software. If not that, then I would contact support.
