Why NC doesn't reply the ticket?

I haven't played for months, now i am back and write a ticket for help. It's already over one day since i submitted the ticket. Is this because i didn't recharge thousand dollars for this game?

You're not alone, one of my clanmates has been waiting for over 2 days for NC to respond to their ticket..

Have Patiance, They usually reply quick, Your ticket is in the Queue, When your time comes, they will respond. They are probably dealing with alot of tickets because of event.

two days waiting i see the weekend come and just lost my hope!

this go take 4/5 days at a minimum to have an answer and I have a feeling it's going to be a generic answer that I will not like

Relax. They will answer soon, but they get flooded with support requests right now, because everyone and their mother wants to reset their weapons to go raven-path instead of dawn/rift.

 

Also, do not bump your ticket, because that will make your ticket go right back to the end of the line.
