Decided to return to the game and I'm getting this error?

I don't understand? I tried googling but only found solutions where the error numbers barely matched and they linked to bnsdojo which seems to be down for me.

 

Here are some details that might be important?

• BnS is installed to my HDD like all my games. The SSD is just for the OS and drivers. I've always ran the game like that and had no problems previously.
• I'm in the European region.
• I'm sure that I remember my pin correctly, yes!
• I don't know if we had any server changes since I only see one now in the European forums? If so I had characters in Ebon Hall and I think I had another character in some other server? However my boyfriend had characters in Ebon Hall too and he logged in just fine?
• Operating system is Windows 10 Pro and I keep it updated and running properly.
• The game is still downloading but I figured that was okay since I just wanted to get to the login screen and I was going to make a new character anyway. :c

Do you have AVG Anti-Virus? If you do try to temporarily disable it when you launch the game

I got this as well. I had to close and relaunch for some reason, and I didn't get the error again O.o
