Error while logging in on the website

I tried logging in to the website (using my laptop’s browser) days ago but I received an error saying there’s a problem on your (BnS) side and to try again after a while. It’s been days now and I still keep on receiving that error. I can, however, log-in using my phone, but why can’t I access it using any browser available on any pc/laptop?

 

Anyone expriencing

this too? Btw, it’s not just me, but my sister, cousin and friends are experiencing it too! Can you fix it?
