I had some issues by purchasing premium membership so i just contacted them for some help. Well i subsribed and paid 12 euros for that. Got the mail about successful payment, my bank charged the money to them. Few hours later my membership was canceled (i did not do that) so i just subscribed again hoping that somithing went wrong... But no. They took my 24 euros, deleted my first ticket without doing anything at all. So i just contacted my bank about my money so they said that both purchases was successful. Sent a second ticket since im kind of patient but they just marked as solved without even replying... I can call my bank to charge my money back, but dont want my account to be banned for their fault and also invested a lot of money in bns...

I guess submit another ticket... they're usually quite good about this sort of thing.  Just keep spamming them until they actually fix it.
