pin bug =^=

So i wanted to play Blade and Soul, I log in, the game goes to the screen where you enter your pin number in...I enter my pin number in...but it says it is incorrect. I go to the website for Blade and Soul, try changing my pin number, it says it was completed but then when I go back to the game it does not accept it. Anyone know a solution to this?
