where can i find the "midnight skypetal coin exchanger"?

where can i find the "midnight skypetal coin exchanger"?, there are 8 teleporters with 3 min standby each in skypetal plains, i cant not check all of them.

maybe someone could tell me with more precision?

The Midnight Skypetal Plains Merchant is within the dungeon, they don't have a merchant for that dungeon outside of it.

In the instance itself, in any of the camps.

there is no midnight skypetal coin exchanger in cerulean camp.

I'm not sure of where you are going, but midnight skypetal coin exchanger is in... midnight skypetal. Like others said.

i typed m for map, then i looked  for midnight skypetal, but the cloesest word i got was skypetal plains.

Have you ever done MSP raid ? Otherwise you would know that the portal is in Zaiwei to get there...

what is MSP raid? was it a part of quest story line? because i dont remember the above map and raid.

 

it is ok not to explain MSP, i lost interests about this already.

this game really needs "link system" like website links

Go to your map.. click Silverfrost Mountains, click Zaiwei, click Garison port.. run to MSP.. do not need raid to enter.. walk.. run.. fly to any one of the camps on the map.. talk to the NPC.
