Error when launching the game.

I always get this error message when launching the game. I tried to repair the files, I tried to use the x32 .exe (which required me to disable my antivirus, unlike the x64 one for some reason) and every time, after looking at the launching splash screen for a looong time, the game opens but this is the first thing that I see. After I press confirm or even just wait around for a minute not pressing or clicking anything, the game goes to a white screen with a BnS logo and then shuts down completely.

 

Please help.
