Forgot PIN number

it's been quite many months since i stopped playing bns...now i reinstalled it and wanted to return to bns to try out gunslinger..but then i forgotten my PIN... try n error didnt work so i think my account is locked? i duuno...but i;ve sent my ticket ....how long will it take them to process it and reset my PIN number

http://www.bladeandsoul.com/en/ go here then click on "My Account" then click on "Settings" then go to "Change PIN".

You will see "Forgot PIN?", click on it , then follow what the page says.

edit : you can also tell the support to reset your pin.

it would be useful to click on "forgot my pin" if it didn't require my pin to change it...............

I did all that, it took me to the support page, not the B&S support mind you just NCSoft support, and had nothing on recovering a forgotten account pin number.
