Volume 2 Chapter 1 and 2 merging.

I just wanted to know exactly how it works, so far I didint find the answer, its always unrelated.

Hongmoon technique (HM later) Volume 2 has 2 chapters, chapter 1 and chapter 2. By putting them together, you get complete Volume 2 (I assume) which then you can use to actually gain the HM skill.  The question is how it works? Putting together Chapters 1 and 2 of the same Volume. You need some kind of skill, achievement, materials or anything to put them together? Or you simply right click, bam, its now completed Volume 2 with no efforts.
