Class change question

If I change my Jin Sin to a Jin Kung Fu master, do the weapon skins I have for the dagger switch over to bracers or will I get stuck with a Kung Fu master with an inventory of Dager skins I can not use?

I think you're mistaken. There is no class change voucher or anything like that.
You can change the race but you can't change the class. If you want to change your race, your target race can only be one of those which is being supported by your class.
