CANNOT OBTAIN/COLLECT DAILY LOGIN REWARDS

As the title shows,, does anyone also experienced this kind of problem in-game that there are days that you cannot get the daily rewards? I experienced this for the 3rd for 4th time now. More sad for premium members since they more xp scrolls.

You have to right click on each item so it sends you a real usable and claimable item.. That's really unintuitive and I have no idea why they made it that way but I guess it's not gonna get fixed any time soon.
