ok I purchased a hell of a lot of ncoin and haven't received it

 

yet the money has gone out of my account

 

I get an email saying the result is pending

I sent a ticket 2 hours ago an no reply

 

i'm sorry if it's still pending why take my money

You could always recall the purchase from you CC company and get banned, or you can wait until they get back to you.

if it's a relatively new card it can take up to half a day for everything to go through, after that it takes only up to a couple minutes based on the amount charged. I remember them noting this issue on stream a long time ago with how their system involves some sort of background check

I don’t know if it’s possible where you live, but try buying your Ncoin through Amazon. Enter the code, and you have instant Ncoin.

For the first few times you buy coins it'll take up to 12 hours. They have a 12 hour hold limit to help with preventing fraudulent charges. If you don't receive it after 13 hours, contact support.

That's how NC is lol. again, if you haven't received any coins then contact support for either a refund or asking why the coins weren't received.

Yo if you bought NCcoins by using credit card  option from my experiance its takes about 1 day for coins to be delivered. Better use paypal option its prety much instant delivery.
