Can't recharge NCCoin

Anyone having this problem?  In the last three days I attempted to recharge thru the CC option.  Each time I got a message that I purchased nccoin, but I never got it nor did I get an email confirmation for the purchase.  I sent in a ticket and they respond "we see no purchases for this month".  duh...  So I tried again today to purchase from the website directly and it says I have exceeded the max number of attempts allowed.  The CC is good and number still up to date.  What's the problem here??

The problem is that you bought so much Ncoin in a short amount of time that their security system kicked in and locked you out of buying more. Its a failsafe, in order to get through it you have to write to support.

 

Send them a screenshot of the message you are getting, helps too.

There can be a few reasons why this is. 

The first and most common is that you got caught in their general security checks and purchase limits. 

The second may be due to your financial institution. 

 

I suggest contacting support and ask them to override the restrictions, or figure out what's going on. Support is RNG, so hopefully they can tell you what's going on.
