Is there an emergency server maintenance right now?

While playing in game, I was suddenly disconnected, I did not see any notice about a scheduled maintenance or whatsoever. It has been one hour already and I still can't connect to the game, even just the lobby. Whenever I get past the launcher, the game client pops up a dialog box saying that there is an ongoing maintenance. What could be the problem? :/

I just logged in without any issues, so there's at least no maintenance on the NA servers.
